Snow, frost and ice!

My reflection, this time in ice...

SNOW!

Finally some more snow! And I can dance in it!
Now the sun is shining again... but, the snow is staying on the ground cause its negative 3 degrees :)
The naked ground gets its cover and the winter is here!
The birds are flying in big groups making the sky black as they pass the sun, especially the jackdaws, thrushes and starlings. I heard the waxwings yesterday coming to eat of the mountain ashes berries, and the bullfinches have left the forest.
The world is changing.

One day I will take a good photo of a bullfinch! One day...

Well, for now i have to settle for some other birds... :)

Where?!? Is it coming this way?

Yes, I will miss the snow... I love snow.

and the microphone cut the words...

Rening pågår

Nu när alva närmar sig är det väldigt skönt att hålla på med rening. Bort med den gamla och in med det nya som får följa med in i det nya året

Reningen sker just nu på alla plan - materiellt och fysiskt, mentalt, andligen och själsligen och kanske fler namnlösa plan... snön och kuling renar utomhus, jag har fokus inomhus, inuti.

Home is where your story begins...

I'm sitting here, having a short break from the books, drinking coffee. The weather is still bad. Grey, rain, cold and unpleasent for my camera to do some work.
Nature is at its best right now. The sea is still perfectly calm, the trees are red and golden, but the light is horrible and the rain... :(
I'm just waiting for a sunny day to explore the colors of the forest, visit some old graves and feel mother earth.

I want days like this!

I forgot my essay on Azores. I can't write anything on that one, but don't worry - I found a way to keep my mind busy :)
And the viking in me awakens, slowly I hear her calling inside me... time to plan alva.

Yes, alva is getting near, but I'll be back on Azores by then,

but its time to contact some of the old ones ;)
